We understand that unexpected things happen in life. We just kindly request that you notify us by responding to our reminders at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which compensates our cleaners for their lost work on that day.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service OR if you specifically want us to use your equipment.
If anything on our checklist is missed, let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will come back for a free touch-up at no extra cost. Your happiness is our top priority.
For safety reasons and to protect our team’s health and liability, we do not clean or handle the following: delicate blinds that are prone to breakage (e.g., white, flimsy blinds), hoarder homes, biohazards such as feces, urine, vomit, blood, or drug paraphernalia, infestations of bugs or pests, or tasks that require climbing or using second-story ladders.
