We understand that unexpected things happen in life.. We just kindly request that you notify us by responding to our reminders at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which compensates our cleaners for their lost work on that day.
All of our cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. We do not hire anyone unless they are trustworthy and have a clean record. Only 4% of cleaners make it through the hiring process.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service OR if you specifically want us to use your equipment.
If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please inform us within hours of the service! We will promptly schedule a re-clean at no extra cost to ensure your complete satisfaction. Your happiness is our top priority.
For safety reasons and to protect our team’s health and liability, we do not clean or handle the following: delicate blinds that are prone to breakage (e.g., white, flimsy blinds), hoarder homes, biohazards such as feces, urine, vomit, blood, or drug paraphernalia, infestations of bugs or pests, or tasks that require climbing or using second-story ladders.
