What We Don't Clean

• Biohazards such as bodily fluids, feces or drug paraphernalia
• Hoarder homes
• Bug or pest infestations (pest control first)
• Delicate blinds that break easily
• Anything that requires climbing or second-story ladders
• Large construction debris (the contractor removes it first)

Pricing is based on the home's size and condition as described at booking. If the actual condition is different, pricing may be adjusted on-site.
