Welcome to Pro Peach Cleaning, LLC (“Pro Peach,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of propeachcleaning.com and our cleaning services. By using our website or booking a service, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Pro Peach provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services (the “Services”). The details of each service, including pricing and scope, are provided at the time of booking. What's included in each service is described on our cleaning checklist.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide at booking (for example, home size and condition). By booking, you authorize Pro Peach to charge up to 25% above the original quoted price if the actual condition or scope of the property differs from the information provided. Any such charge will be supported by photos, and we will notify you by text or call at or near the time of service. Additional charges of more than 25% require your direct consent before they are charged.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price, charged to the payment method on file.
If our cleaner arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property for any reason (for example, no one is home, incorrect access information or denied entry), this is treated as a no-show and the full service price will be charged.
To cancel a recurring service plan, please give at least 7 days' written notice before the next scheduled cleaning. We may require prepayment or decline future bookings for customers with a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows.
Payment is collected by card through our secure booking system. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. By booking, you authorize us to charge the card on file for completed services and any fees described in these Terms.
If anything on the checklist for the service you booked was missed, tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to touch up those areas at no charge. A touch-up covers the missed areas, not a full second cleaning. See our 24-hour touch-up promise for details.
Please tell us before service about any fragile, high-value, already-damaged or special-care items or surfaces. Pro Peach is not liable for damage resulting from items that were not disclosed.
Any claim of property damage must be submitted in writing by the account holder within 48 hours of the service date, with photos. Claims that do not meet these requirements may be declined. Our sole liability for verified property damage is limited to repair, replacement or reimbursement (at our discretion), not to exceed the amount paid for the affected service, and excludes consequential, incidental or indirect damages. Any legal action related to a property damage claim must be started within six (6) months of the service date.
Services may be performed by independent contractors retained by Pro Peach. Contractors are not employees, agents or partners of Pro Peach. Pro Peach remains your main point of contact for any service-related issue.
You agree not to directly hire, engage or solicit any cleaner introduced through Pro Peach for cleaning services outside of Pro Peach during our service relationship and for twelve (12) months after your last scheduled service. Violation of this provision will result in a placement fee of $2,500, in addition to any other available remedies.
We may take before-and-after photos or video during service for quality assurance, training and marketing (including our website and social media). We will not share your name or address with any such use unless you agree in writing. To opt out of marketing use, let us know in writing before your service.
We may decline, refuse or end service at our discretion, including for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or abusive or threatening behavior toward our team. For safety reasons we do not handle biohazards, hoarder homes, pest infestations or work that requires second-story ladders.
We are not liable for delays or missed services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government orders or power outages. Affected services will be rescheduled as soon as reasonably possible at no penalty to either party.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Pro Peach or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use, reproduce or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to post honest reviews, feedback or opinions about your experience with our services.
Before starting any dispute, you agree to give us written notice and allow thirty (30) days to resolve it in good faith. Any dispute not resolved this way will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Fulton County, Georgia, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Pro Peach will pay the arbitration filing fee. You and Pro Peach each waive any right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action, class arbitration or representative action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
These Terms, together with your booking confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and Pro Peach and replace any prior verbal statements. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
